The Doering Extruder has a large inlet area in which a pair of augers and a specialized power feeding device work together in a patented manner moving the product into the Extrusion Head. As the packing section is kept constantly full the extrusion remains continuous and consistent.
As an Extruder itself –
- To form continuous or portioned shapes of products.
- To extrude a continuous or portioned shape of product onto a moving belt or column of other product.
- To co-extrude several products at one time.
As a means of transporting product
- To, into or through mixers, whippers, hammer mills, heat exchangers, or other Food Processing Equipment.
- Directly to a packaging machine or station
To a tank or hopper for storing, holding, melting or other purpose. |
