Doering Pumping Systems readily process a wide variety of extremely heavy, viscous products which cannot be pumped by conventional hopper fed pumps. Products with a viscosity of 1,000,000 CPS and more are effectively pumped.
The Doering Pump Feeder has a large inlet area in which a pair of augers and a specialized power feeding device work together in a patented manner moving the product into the inlet side of the pump. As the packing section is kept constantly full the pump performs its function of moving the product at a desired, metered rate and pressure to its end destination.
